Ahh yes.......the long awaited Cameron Crowe deely do. Should be great.......Julie has already been pestering me to find a theater that will be playing it.....that may be tough. This will be very limited release, but will hit DVD shortly thereafter from what I've read. Funny reading interviews on how the band was so grateful to Cameron, but also very embarrased to see themselves from long ago.......Eddie was the hardest hit, trying to come to grips with how "weird" he sometimes came across.

I have a feeling that they'll do the same thing with this as they did with Anvil, Lemmy and the Foo's Docs. They'll release them for a week or so then put them on VH1 Classics right after. Which is what I am really hoping for. I'm going to go out of my way and say that that it's probably a safe assumption that this will be one of the greatest roc docs made. Just because 1. It's over 20 Years of history with this band. 2. Crowe is directing it. The guy is the ultimate music lover. They made a fucking movie after him. So I think it's safe to say that his involvement with this is a huge plus because he will take so much care with the material and treat it like a real project. Not some side deal. Like Martin did with the Stones.
