So, I have been lazy for the last few moths and need to get back into working out and eating right. So I am going to do a complete 180 and try the current Bonomo diet as well as re-start P90-X on mONDAY.
Like him, my only cheat is going to be 1 coffee a day
Going to do this Monday-Friday.
Must drink a gallon of water over the course of the work day.
Breakfast - 2 handfuls of whole wheat cereal (tastes like eating dusty cardboard)
snack - banana (or other fruit)
lunch - salt free turkey wrapped up in provolone
snack - maple pecan granola
dinner - 2 turkey burgers with low fat provolone and tomato (no bread)
and snack after this MUST be fruit.
Gonna be miserable but if it makes you look like Bonomo I'm in. __________________

I really need to work out again. I just have no motivation or energy, and I don't even want to be ripped or even tone for that matter. Just at a good weight.

If you are only looking for a weight change, diet alone will do it. Ash dropped about 60 pounds a few years back just changing his diet and that was primarily through portion control

I lost 40 pounds, but then some things happened..one thing led to another and I gained every pound back. It's the soda that does it. I need to just stop, but it's like a natural reflex when I am thirsty. I think if I drink more water...I would shed a boatload off of that alone. Cutting down my portion size would help too.

Think I am going to restart the Spartacus workout tonight. I want to do P90X again but it is time consuming. I'm gonna do this 3x a week and add in a few others things 2x.
It doesn't look all that difficult but of the 15+ people I got to try it only 2 made it past the first round on the first try and only 1 completed it but he is a fucking freak.
