I don't know if you played L.A. Noire yet, but I love it. It's more of a thinking game than action though. Totally different from GTA and RDR.

I'm hoping it's as amazing as the build up has been. You just have to keep your expectations in check. I can't stress enough how this is not an action game. There is action scenes that take place, but I found them to be more satisfyingly because you're so involved in the cases...and then BAM! You're chasing someone down, or you're in a shootout...etc. The animation in this game is off the chain. If you're not blown away at how much detail is in the faces of the characters while you're trying to read their reactions? I would be shocked. As always the city looks great. It has all of the landmarks. You actually feel like you're in that time period. You'll see.

L.A. Noire is quite good, though don't expect the typical run-and-gun deal you get from a usual Rockstar title.

I'm excited for LA Noire. So hopefully I don't have to stop talking to both of you for being lying asshats.

I'm excited for LA Noire. So hopefully I don't have to stop talking to both of you for being lying asshats. Again, don't expect a whole lot of action. The best way to describe it would be that you're a character in a movie. The better your choices? The better the outcome. Some of the cut scenes can be long, but the story is interesting. You enjoy old Noir movies, so this should be right up your alley. Just wait till you see the cases in Homicide.
