When creating a thread or a board? There's a difference. When you create a board, you're creating a whole new section of the forum. So only do that if it's completely necessary. Boards are what you see when you first enter the forum. When you look at a board and see that it has "Sub Boards". Those are similar topics to that board, but can have multiple threads. Which brings me to threads. Anyone can make threads, but make sure when you do that you check out all of the sub boards before you post it because it may belong or fit in with one of those. I know that was confusing, but just in case you do not understand? Just ask me and I'll help you out.
