Ok...so i have one of these.......got along for the most part......then had to listen to their barking dogs for the past 3 yrs, and also have to contend with their unbelievably messy yard. Last night, I had enough. Turned into a half hour shouting match, which got uglier by the minute. I lost my head, called them pigs, and extremely lazy, told them I was being decent for 3 yrs, but couldn't take it anymore. I told them to clean up, or I get the city to make them clean up. This morning, he said he will, and he didn't want bad feelings. I said it was unacceptable. He asked why I hadn't said anything. I responded by telling him to look around......EVERYBODY has a beautiful yard........he has what I consider something uglier than a cow field at best.

The people below us can be really annoying to the point to where I want to kick in their door and then just walk back to my apartment.
They complained to the landlady that we make too much noise. My son was listening to his Spongebob album. A little loud, but on one of those cheap ass radios you buy at a dollar store. So it couldn't of been that loud.
The Landlady was cool about it, but what pissed me off? A month prior. They made so much noise, that the cops were involved. I didn't call the cops, I didn't call the landlady on them...I didn't even knock on their door because it was a one time occurrence. We live in a apartment building. So noise should be expected from time to time. Now if it's consistent? That should be taken seriously.
