Not sure why, or how....but I liked this better than Zombie's first one. Maybe cause it was his own....rather than recycling what Carpenter did? Not sure. I will say this.........if Sheri and that kid and stupid horse would not have been in this, and he wouldn't have gone for the homeless look, and the ending would have been different, and Loomis wouldn't have been such a dick, this movie would have been pretty good.

Yeah, this one I thought was way better than his first attempt. I really enjoy the director's cut more though.
